T5 and E5 Investors visa

This can be referred to as an employment creation visa and is applicable for those that are seeking entry to the US in order to establish a new commercial enterprise. In order to qualify under this route, there is a minimum amount of money that the applicant must be able to invest. These are:

• $1,000,000 USD
• $500,000 USD “in a high-unemployment or rural area, considered a targeted employment area”

In order for the above investments to ‘qualify’, they must create 10 full-time jobs within 2 years for US citizens, or those with permanent residence.
